3 Components of a Shafer Farm Services System:

1 - Web site - Secure - Access must be explicitly granted.

• • • Access given to designated farm workers and designated SFS workers. 

    • The farm's web site is where each farm can access their food safety documents.

    • This website is not intended to replace your  public farm site, but could be used.

    • All files are backed up weekly using Datto Backupify.

2 - Shared drive - Secure - Access must be explicitly granted.

• • • Access given to designated farm workers and designated SFS workers. 

    • Location for Food Safety meeting records.

    • This drive contains all audit questions and answers.

    • Shared with read and write access for designated farm workers.

    • All files are backed up weekly using Datto Backupify.

3 - Farm drive folder - Secure - Access SFS personnel.

• • • Access given to designated SFS workers. 

    • This folder is located inside of SFS Google Enterprise file structure.

    • Stores majority of all farm documentation.

    • All files are backed up weekly using Datto Backupify.
